HOW TO BREW

  • Hot

    Use 1 pyramid infusion bag or 2 g loose infusion with 200–250 ml water at 95–100°C. Cover and steep for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain.

  • Alternative serve

    For an iced cup, brew 2 infusion bags or 4 g loose infusion in 150–200 ml hot water, cool slightly and pour over ice.
