Shopify and third-party services

Our online store is operated using Shopify. Shopify and installed apps or integrations may process personal information to provide ecommerce, checkout, security, analytics, customer-account and other services. Their processing may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. The actual technologies used can change as our store configuration changes, so we periodically review this Policy and our Shopify Customer Privacy settings.

Subject to applicable law, and as relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 come into force and apply to us, you may request a summary of personal data associated with you and its processing, correction or updating of inaccurate information, erasure where legally permissible, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and grievance redressal.

Where the law provides a right of nomination, that right will also be supported when applicable. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or protect lawful interests.

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 are subject to phased commencement. This Privacy Policy is intended to operate under currently applicable Indian law and to remain capable of supporting additional DPDP requirements as the relevant provisions come into force and apply to Anekanta Organic. We may update this Policy, Website notices, consent flows and request mechanisms accordingly.
