Steep Time

5 to 7 Minutes

Hot Infusion, Iced Botanical Refresher

Hot

Use 1 pyramid tea bag or 2 g loose infusion with 200–250 ml water at 95–100°C. Cover and steep for 5 to 7 Minutes, then strain.

Alternative serve

For an iced cup, brew 2 tea bags or 4 g loose infusion in 150–200 ml hot water, cool slightly and pour over ice.
