Blue Pea

The Indigo Blossom

The Heritage & Harvest

Celebrated across South and Southeast Asia for its extraordinary indigo-blue blossoms, Blue Pea is one of nature's most visually captivating botanicals. Whole flowers are gently dried to preserve their colour and delicate character.

What Makes It Special

Blue Pea naturally contains blue anthocyanin pigments known as ternatins, together with flavonoids and polyphenols. Its infusion changes toward violet when combined with acidic ingredients such as lemon.

The Cup

A luminous sapphire-blue infusion with soft earthy-floral notes and a clean finish; a squeeze of lemon transforms the colour toward violet.
