Amla

The Indian Gooseberry

The Heritage & Harvest

Celebrated in Indian botanical traditions, Amla is prized for its distinctive tangy character. Selected fruits are cut and gently dried to preserve their authentic flavour and botanical identity.

What Makes It Special

Amla naturally contains tannins, polyphenols and vitamin C. Drying changes the fresh fruit profile, producing a pleasantly tart ingredient suited to layered botanical blends.

The Cup

A light golden infusion with a refreshing fruity aroma, pleasantly tangy notes and a crisp finish.
